Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental Information, Guide, and FAQ

- Concert tickets/rental packages DO NOT include LDV beach chairs and umbrellas.
- At checkout, you can choose to reserve your Beach Chairs for the Full Day or a Half Day. Please note a Full Day is from 9am-5pm CT and a Half Day is from 9am-1pm CT.
- Reservations take priority over same day walk ups.
- Premium Beach Set Reservations are recommended for guaranteed specific front row views of the ocean!
- Choose the ‘Topeka’ to be placed in a reserved area just for Topeka Guests within the Plus and Standard seating.

Golf Carts
Our golf carts are available in 4-seater, 6-seater, and 8-seater options, ensuring that everyone in your group can ride comfortably and securely. And with two-day and weekly rentals available, you can customize your rental period to fit your itinerary. We also provide convenient delivery and pickup at your vacation address, so your golf cart can be ready and waiting upon your arrival or delivered on the date that works best for your schedule.
Bikes and accessories
Our beach cruiser bike rentals are available for half-day, full-day, or weekly rentals, with a variety of youth and adult-sized bikes. We also offer a range of accessories—including baskets, infant carriers, trailers, and pullalongs—to make transporting your littlest beachgoers and all your beach essentials a breeze.
Bonfires
Our beach bonfire setup includes everything you need for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. We take care of the permit as well as the setup and breakdown, so all you have to do is show up and settle in around the fire. All our bonfire packages include chairs along with everything you need for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. You will even enjoy your very own attendant for the duration of your bonfire reservation to ensure that everything runs smoothly, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the company of your family or friends.
Pontoon Boats
Cruise the coastline along the waters of Crab Island, Destin, and Choctawhatchee Bay. Bask in the warm Florida sunshine, and enjoy the views when you rent one of our meticulously maintained pontoon boats. All our pontoon boats accommodate up to twelve passengers with room to spare for your coolers and other small necessities so you can make the most of your time on the water. With easy-to-use controls and ample seating, you can explore the hidden coves, pristine beaches, and vibrant marine life for an adventure you won’t soon forget.

Located at the main gate of Seascape, 2 Birds Coffee + Café is a locally owned, casual stop for coffee aficionados and anyone interested in a simple, yet refined bite to eat. Our coffee-forward café serves classic espresso drinks, breakfast & lunch. Homemade pastries and fried PB&J sandwiches top the menu for those looking for a delectable treat. A selection of breakfast toasts (think sourdough, avocado, olive oil and sea salt) along with sandwiches and grain bowls round out the menu for the healthy-ish visitor. And, if you’re on vacation, don’t worry… craft beer and wine flow freely!
